"When the sobs arise so deep from your soul that you feel your heart will break in two ... when the sorrow has no words ... the loss that you cannot get back ... when your body sinks into a feeling of darkness and your mind goes numb ... this is grief.
It doesn't feel like there is any respite. The most consoling words cannot change the incredible pain and lonelinesss. It's yours to feel, and you must. It's the beginning of the healing process."
I'm Here For You
I have felt this pain and it is okay to crawl into a safe space and allow yourself to feel all of the sorrow.
You do not have to minimize the sadness. Your loved one deserves your grieving, you deserve to acknowledge the right to have this time to mourn.
You also deserve to share this time of your life when you are ready. I understand grief and loss. I will offer you compassion, I will listen, I will let you be in that necessary space.
Self-Compassion is foremost. You matter, your feelings are valued.
I'm here for you.
